In order to extend the scope of services to cover professional planning and architectural design, TCB signed consortium agreement with KHEBRAT office which is specialized in these services. KHEBRAT was established by Prof. Dr. Ali El Sawy in 1995 as a member and an expert in the Egyptian Architectural Sector. Since this agreement TCB and KHEBRAT yielding the following Architectural Projects. Such projects involved carrying out structural designs for a wide array of Buildings ranging from the Banking & Business Sectors, to the Sector of Tourism, in addition to the Education and Transport Sectors. Therefore, TCB had both public and private clients while undertaking the below selection of Projects. Activities included detailed designs, tender documents, evaluation of bids and awards, in addition to project management services for some of the Projects.
